HIFU CARTRIDGES
A 3D HIFU cartridge is a precision-engineered, replaceable transducer head designed exclusively for 3D HIFU aesthetic systems, forming the core consumable component that enables safe, controlled, and effective high-intensity focused ultrasound treatments. Unlike basic HIFU cartridges, 3D models feature advanced multi-line, multi-point energy emission technology, delivering continuous, evenly distributed thermal energy into targeted skin and subcutaneous layers, rather than isolated single-point shots.
Each 3D HIFU cartridge is calibrated to specific penetration depths (typically 1.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10.0mm and 13.0mm), allowing customization for different treatment areas and goals:
- Shallow depths (1.5–3.0mm) target the epidermis and superficial dermis, improving fine lines, texture, and skin tone by stimulating surface collagen regeneration.
- The 4.5mm depth is optimized to act directly on the SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) fascia layer, the key structural layer responsible for facial sagging, to trigger natural contraction and long-term lifting.
- Deeper depths (6.0–13.0mm) reach subcutaneous fat layers, enabling non-invasive fat reduction and body contouring by breaking down fat cells while tightening surrounding tissue.
Built with high-quality piezoelectric elements, each 3D HIFU cartridge ensures stable, consistent energy output across its full shot capacity (usually 10,000–20,000 shots per cartridge), minimizing the risk of uneven heating, skin burns, or inconsistent treatment results. The ergonomic design of the cartridge head also allows smooth, comfortable gliding over the skin, reducing treatment time while enhancing patient comfort compared to traditional single-shot cartridges.
